Mae’r gwasanaeth Craidd/Dewisol wedi’i ddylunio i sicrhau bod cyflogeion newydd yn amodol ar y gwiriadau recriwtio gofynnol a byddant yn derbyn yr wybodaeth gytundebol sy’n angenrheidiol rhwng y cyflogwr a’r cyflogai. Mae’r gwasanaeth sydd ar gael yn wasanaeth craidd ar gyfer pob ysgol Gymunedol ac ysgol a Reolir yn Wirfoddol, ac mae ar gael i ysgolion Sefydledig a Gwirfoddol a Gynorthwyir fel opsiwn dewisol. (Talu wrth ddefnyddio – codir tâl pob 6 mis)

Mae cynnwys y llythyrau penodi a chontractau cyflogaeth yn gosod sail ffurfiol y berthynas gyflogaeth rhwng y cyflogwr a’r cyflogai. Ynghyd â hyn, mae cynnal gwiriadau recriwtio yn hanfodol i sicrhau bod unigolion yn addas ac yn gallu derbyn cynnig cyflogaeth, eu bod yn bodloni’r amodau cofrestru angenrheidiol a bod yr holl ofynion diogelu’n cael eu bodloni, gan felly sicrhau ddiogelwch disgyblion yn eich ysgol.

Mae’r Gwasanaeth Recriwtio llawn yn cynnwys cyflwyno llythyrau cynnig a/neu penodi a chontractau cyflogaeth, fodd bynnag, gall ysgolion Gwirfoddol a Gynorthwyir ac Ysgolion Sefydledig gyflwyno eu contractau eu hunain. Yn ogystal, byddwn yn ymgymryd â’r gwiriadau recriwtio angenrheidiol megis gwiriadau datgelu a gwahardd, gwiriadau lloches a mewnfudo, ac yn ceisio cadarnhad o gofrestriad gyda Chyngor y Gweithlu Addysg, lle bo angen. Wrth i’r system AD ddatblygu, rydym yn ceisio cynnig mynediad at weithdrefnau ar-lein er mwyn cynorthwyo â’r gwaith o recriwtio.

This Core/Optional service is designed to ensure that new employees are subject to the required recruitment checks and are issued with the contractual information which is necessary between the employer and the employee. This is a core service to Community and Voluntary Controlled schools, and also available to Voluntary Aided and Foundation schools. (Pay as You Use – recharged on a 6 monthly basis)

The content of letters of appointment and contracts of employment sets out the formal basis of the employment relationship between the employer and the employee. Alongside this, the completion of recruitment checks is essential to ensuring that individuals are fit and able to undertake an offer of employment, that they meet the necessary registration conditions and that all safeguarding requirements are met, thus ensuring the safety of pupils in your school.

The full Recruitment Service includes the issuing of offer and/or appointment letters and contracts of employment, however, Voluntary Aided and Foundation schools can issue their own contracts. In addition we will undertake all necessary recruitment checks such as Disclosure and Barring checks, asylum and immigration checks, and seek confirmation of registration with the Education Workforce Council, where required. As the HR system develops, we aim to provide access to on line procedures to assist with recruitment.
