Ar gael i bob ysgol. (Ffi Gwasanaeth Blynyddol)

Mae gan y tîm brofiad helaeth a bydd yn rhoi cyngor, cymorth a chanllawiau ar sbectrwm eang o faterion yn ymwneud â chyflogaeth. Bydd Swyddog AD yn cael ei ddynodi i’ch ysgol fydd yn treulio amser gyda Phenaethiaid a thîm arweinyddiaeth yr ysgol er mwyn rhoi cyngor a chefnogaeth uniongyrchol ar oblygiadau AD materion strategol ac achosion unigol.

Yn ychwanegol at hyn, bydd eich ysgol yn elwa o gefnogaeth gan reolwyr AD mewn achosion mwy cymhleth megis anghytundeb gyda gweithiwr/undeb llafur, drwy strwythur AD sydd wedi’i alinio’n agos â Chyfarwyddiaeth Addysg y Cyngor, a rhan o grwp ehangach Consortiwm AD Canol y De. Os yw eich ysgol mewn anhawster gallwn adolygu lefel y cymorth AD a roddir i chi a lle bo’n briodol roi cymorth uniongyrchol i Gadeiryddion Llywodraethwyr a’r Corff Llywodraethu ar faterion AD y mae’n rhaid i’r Cadeirydd Llywodraethwyr eu rheoli, neu lle bo gofyn i bwyllgorau Corff Llywodraethu wneud penderfyniadau. Yn ogystal, mae cyngor ac arweiniad ar gael i gyflogeion. Elfen allweddol o’r gwasanaeth yw mynediad at y Gwasanaeth Cyfryngu a ddarperir gan gyfryngwyr cymwys a phrofiadol.

Available to all schools. (Annual Service Charge) 

The team has extensive experience and will provide advice, support and guidance across a broad spectrum of employment issues. Your school will be allocated a HR officer who will be able to spend time with Headteachers and the school leadership team to provide direct advice and support on the HR implications of strategic matters and individual cases.

In addition, your school will benefit from support from HR managers in more complex cases, such as employee/trade union dispute, through a corporate HR structure which is closely aligned to the Education Directorate of the Council, and part of the wider Central South Consortium HR group. If your school is experiencing times of difficulty we are able to review the level of HR support provided to you and where appropriate provide direct support to Chairs of Governors and the Governing Body on HR matters that the Chair of Governors has to manage, or where Governing Body committees are required to take decisions. In addition, advice and guidance is available to employees. A key element of the service is access to the Mediation Service provided by trained and experienced mediators.
